On August 18th we will be launching Nonamarmi’sspecial summer publication “the Gelato Issue” at No-One. Aspart of this there will be an in-store exhibition of work byillustrator Jack Teagle.
Nonamarmi, is a magazine produced by italian graphic designer Fabrizio Festa. The title of the magazine comes from “Non amarmi”a bad italian love song from the 90's, it means “don’t love me”, but inreality the singer is saying, “please, love me!”. It is an awful song, but it explains the struggle for love in the only way a guy wearing asport jacket and a mullet can. Nonamarmi, on the other hand, is amagazine about love, super heroes, psychosomatic illness and all thecolours of the rainbow.
Jack Teagle is a freelance illustrator based in South West England. His paintings of real and fictional superheroes will be on show untilthe end of September.
